1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, Research Chems Ltd only accepts returns and issues refunds in the following cases:
Products that arrive damaged or incorrect upon delivery
Items that do not match the product description
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The return must be authorised in advance by our support team
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please note that we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Finding a cheaper alternative
Ordering the wrong item
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our Terms of Sale.
