When and where are orders dispatched from?

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day, cut off time is 3pm. All orders are made and dispatched from UK.

 

What is the return policy?

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

Under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return unused and unopened equipment within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from us, and not through distributors or bulk/reseller orders.

What should i do if there is an issue with my delivery?

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. Please allow up to seven days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. This helps accommodate any minor shipping delays. If your parcel is not deliver after 7 days please contact us immediately so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Do parcels get delivered in discreetly package?

Yes, all orders are shipped in a plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or product names visible on the outside.
